The foreign owners of this 63 square metre apartment in Paris gave us carte blanche to rethink and redesign it. Their requirements were simple, an optimisation of the surface area to create a pleasant and comfortable living space in which to spend a few days from time to time as a couple or with their children.

A large living space was created including a kitchen, dining room and study. The latter, furnished with a sofa bed could be used as a second bedroom if necessary. A bedroom, a dressing room and a bathroom completed the apartment.

In order to bring light into this rather dark apartment overlooking an interior courtyard, the colour white dominated the interior decoration, contrasted with parquet flooring and wall paper in the principal rooms and in the bedroom.

Mirage carried out the complete works of renovation and re -organisation including the design and co-ordination, creation of made to measure fixtures & fittings and the purchase of the decorative features, lighting, linen, crockery and cutlery!
